QLC for a custom solution to their

corner-wrap labeling dilemma.

• The customer needed a labeler to fit into a tight space, QLC designed a system to fit into a 4' x 6' area to meet their needs.

• A totally integrated conveyor with applicator and after wipe system on wheels that could be moved from line to line.

• We apply the label to the rear panel and then use a secondary air cylinder to wipe down the back corner.

• We utilized the Label-Aire model 3138N for the printing and applying of the label.
