The Label-Aire® Model 3115TS simplifies and speeds up labeling processes, ultimately enhancing your profitability. It is designed for high-speed wipe-on labeling. It operates at a standard speed of up to 1,500 inches (38.1 m) per minute, and can reach 2,000 inches (50.8 m) per minute with an optional powered rewind.
Continuous Operation
The Zero Downtime Labeling feature allows uninterrupted production, minimizing costly delays. Additionally, Missing Label Compensation helps to prevent unlabeled products.
Versatile Design
The 3115TS includes a heavy-duty double stack stepper motor at no extra charge. It can seamlessly shift between left- or right-hand operation and apply labels to the top, side, or bottom of products with an accuracy of ±1/32 inch (0.8 mm).
