The Label-Aire® Model 6000TS is an inline handling system for front and back labeling. The 6000 can be outfitted with a range of Label-Aire applicators for a tailored labeling solution.
Inline Flexibility

- Construction: Stainless steel frame aluminum side plates (all stainless is optional)
- Operator interface: Dual Color touch screen HMIs with push button start/stop and rotating displays
- Applicator choices: Configure with 315ND, 3115TS, 3125TS or 3135TS
- Encoder: Standard encoder for precise labeling accuracy.
- Top Trap: Servo driven top trap (top hold down) synchronize to conveyor speed
- Optional Static eliminator: Ionizer to eliminate static build up from film labels
